I have been a hypnotherapist and healer in Brighton for the last 4 years at Evolution Arts and Natural Health. I also spend part of each week seeing clients in Egham and East Grinstead.
Hypnotherapy
I can help you with a wide range of problems using hypnosis:
• You may wish to relieve symptoms such as anxiety, phobias or
irritable bowel syndrome.
• You may wish to break habits such as stop smoking, lose weight or
stop nail biting.
• You may seek self improvement such as confidence, exam nerves or
sports performance.

You will find that hypnotherapy is safe and pleasant, and that you are in control at all times. Between one and six sessions are generally required, depending on the problem being addressed.
Massage

Energy Healing
Healing encompasses most forms of personal problems, psychic issues, relationship issues and emotional problems. I am an experienced healer and Reiki master, with the ability to draw upon a wide range of shamanic techniques.
