Addictions and Bad Habits

Habits are behaviour patterns that we repeat without having to think about them. We are all creatures of habit. We all have triggers which set off these ingrained responses, and they are enormously useful in carrying out common tasks.

Unfortunately we can also develop habits which we regard as bad because they have unwanted consequences. Even though we no longer want them, they are just as ingrained as the good habits, and just as difficult to change. Changes have to take place at the unconscious level, and hypnotherapy can achieve this very successfully.

Hypnotherapy can help you break a wide range of unwanted habits including:

Smoking
• Alcohol dependency
Binge eating
Nail biting
Hair pulling
• Drug addiction
• Gambling

I can also help you introduce desirable habits such as:

Lose weight long term by healthier eating
• Increase your desire long term to exercise and get fit
• Manage anger
